North American International Motorcycle Supershow 2013
The Toronto International Centre
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
January 4th-6th, 2013

The 37th annual North American International Motorcycle Supershow returns to make its mark once again at the International Centre just outside Toronto, Canada. Hailing as North America?s largest show having to do with all things two-wheeled (or three), the show brings our tens of thousands of spectators throughout the weekend as well as more than 500 exhibitors ranging from custom shops, accessory retailers, and every major OEM brand all under one roof. As a step forward with AMF for 2013 to bring more motorcycle (#TwoWheelTuesday) content to the masses, here?s what this incredible 425,000 sq. ft. show had to offer in case you couldn?t make it.

There were plenty of OEM brands on hand displaying everything from custom showcase builds to the latest offerings including such names as Kawasaki, Suzuki, Ducati, Aprilia, Honda, Harley Davidson, Yamaha, and many others. If you?re in the market for a new motorcycle, this show had the perfect showroom to hop on and size-up the competition or set your heart on one. This 2013 Kawasaki ZX10R had fans (including myself) gazing for minutes with its aggressive new styling, advanced technology offerings, and a nice price tag of $16,499+ to match.

No motorcycle show would be complete without the king of the hill Ducati on display like this 1199 fresh from the factory. Everything about this bike screams performance from its signature red paint, to the shorty side exhaust, massive brakes, and sticky rubber.

For those looking to get some new riding gear there was also a huge vendor section offering both new and pre-owned items. This particular retailer boasted a $99 or less section which to anyone new on two wheels is very appealing!

Need a helmet? The selection was incredible ranging from full face to ?brain buckets? and big names such as BELL were on-hand to answer any questions or assist in the proper fitment.

BATMAN fans rejoice, you too can now sport the suit thanks to UD Replicas! Based in Ontario, Canada, this newly formed company offers official licensed movie replica leather-wear that is not only awesome looking, but functional as well. After all, there would be nothing worse than to sport the BATMAN suit while riding and not survive a case of road rash (or worse) like the superhero would.

For fans of Bane, UD Replicas recently introduced this new creation? only thing lacking is the signature face mask!

Spread amongst the multitude of halls were also motorcycles on display like this bunch of vintage rides. Indian, Harley Davidson, Buell, Ducati, you name it and it was most likely here spanning nearly a century.

The oldest motorcycle on hand spotted was this 1912 Harley Davidson ? yes, this motorcycle is over a century old and still in mint condition!

The competition side of the show consisted of motorcycles ranging from sport bikes to the usual chopper. This particular Suzuki Hayabusa was painted by Canadian legend Ron Gibbs.

Gotta love the copper work on this custom hardtail chopper.

Trikes are never seen in good light amongst motorcycle enthusiasts, partially because of the strange layout and those that ride them. In the case of this three-wheeler, there is no doubt that much custom work has gone into the development of it resulting in a trike that most two-wheel fans wouldn?t question to take for a spin let alone own.

Amongst the custom bikes was this unique white and pink creation owned by local model Stephanie Rizzo. Pink tiger stripes ? yup!

Quite possibly the best motorcycle on the market is the BMW S1000RR, no doubt. However, not many are ever seen modified (at least for street) in the form of a stretched swing arm, 200-series tire and more.

Are you a speed freak? This Kawasaki ZX-14 might look nicely dressed up, but don?t let the flash gold and decals sway you as it is all business. The builder mentioned that a number of partners got on board to make this one radical machine capable of well over 215mph+ especially considering a nice nitrous tank is fitted to the saddle bags. The bike is set to run on an Quebec airport strip once the season kicks off and we?re looking forward to bringing you more on this awesome machine.

As the largest and longest running motorcycle in North America (let alone Canada), the Motorcycle Supershow truly is every riders dream. New bikes, old bikes, accessories, and lets not forget the scantily clad models walking about the show ? there truly is more than one could ever absorb in a day. If you have never been to a motorcycle show of any type, it is highly recommended to check this out even if you?ve been considering getting onto two wheels for this coming season.
