BISHKEK ? Kyrgyz and Turkish troops September 11 began joint paratrooper and domestic security force training that will end October 26, AKIPress.org reported, quoting a Kyrgyz Defence Ministry press statement.

The exercise is taking place on the base of Kyrgyz military unit no. 73809. Fifty Kyrgyz troops from various ministries are participating, the Defence Ministry said.

Turkey is sending three instructors.

This is the 20th anniversary of the exercise, Kyrgyz Army Maj. Altynbek Tynayev, chief of staff of the exercises, said.
